The following data may be processed through the forms on our website:

Contact form: full name, email address, subject, and message content.

Job application form: full name, email address, phone number, summary/skills information, and PDF CV file.

To respond to your contact requests.

To evaluate job applications and manage Human Resources processes.

To fulfil our legal obligations.

Collected personal data is not stored in a separate database on our website.

Form submissions are forwarded to the relevant department by email.

The Brevo (Sendinblue) service may be used for email delivery. Brevo provides transmission infrastructure only; your submissions are delivered to the company's email address.

Transmission logs on Brevo are retained for up to one month and then deleted; the primary copy of form content is stored in the company's email inbox.

Records in the company email system are retained for up to four months for evaluation and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your personal data is collected automatically through web forms in electronic form.

For the contact form, data is processed to respond to your request.

For the job application form, data is processed based on your explicit consent and for the purpose of establishing or evaluating an employment relationship.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and request deletion or destruction.
